Each year, the city of Melrose receives requests from our neighbors in need to help with holiday gift purchasing. Although there are many opportunities to provide presents for children, such as Toys For Tots and the Salvation Army, this local initiative allows MelroseKind Kindness Warriors to shop for specific requests from local children.

Lists of needs are supplied by the city. MelroseKind then shares those lists with local Kindness Warriors through our social media and our mailing list.

Kindness Warriors sign up to purchase and wrap specific items. They drop presents at a designated location several weeks before Christmas. MelroseKind then delivers those gifts to city hall for distribution.

In early December, our website is updated with a link directly to lists of needs. Join our mailing list and follow us on social media to stay up-to-date with holiday needs.
